Particle Size Specification
Worco can provide type2.3, type3, type4 and type5 solder powder in accordance with the standard of J-STD-006. Their major particle size ranges are show in table 2. Typical particle size distributions are show in table 3.Various particle size and compositions are available upon customers’ requests.
